WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD
DELIVERY PERIOD?
For ex-stock products; next business day (cut-off time 2.00PM) from
the date of order confirmation by the customer service representative.

DO YOU HAVE MINIMUM
ORDER REQUIRMENTS?
Goods are supplied in case size only.
Minimum order value is PKR 100000.
Orders of value less than PKR 100000. will be subject to PKR20 Shipping
fee

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS
THROUGH CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. We accept Visa and Master Cards for customers established by
Premier.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN
POLICY ?
• This policy applies to all customers unless there is a contract
between Premier and the customer where other terms for return goods
have been agreed upon.
• Premier reserves the right to reject any return that does
not comply with the terms of this Policy
• Items ordered by special request are not returnable.
• Expired items are not returnable.
• Goods in un-saleable condition due to improper storage,
spoilage, or damaged packaging are not returnable.
• ONLY complete and unopened cases with original packaging
are returnable, i.e. goods with price stickers, storage identification
labels…etc. will not be returned.
SUALEH SURGICALS accepts a return of any
item for full credit within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
- Shipped in error, or
- Damaged (in transport) *
• Recall items will be returned for full credit.
• Defective items will be returned for full credit.
• A credit note will be issued based on the original purchase
price.
• Returns of goods ordered by error will be exchanged within
7 days from the date of delivery and is subject to 10% restocking
fees + freight charges.
• Freight charges will be deducted from the credit amount.
• Customer will not be charged freight on returns that are
the result of Premier’s error, defect, damage or recall.
• Authorization and a Returned Goods Authorization Number (RGA)
and copy of Premier invoice are required for all returns.

• An RGA Number is valid for 15 days after issuance. Any return
after the 15 day period will be expired and a credit note will not
be issued.
* Any transport damage need to be reported immediately to the customer
service representative
